We've had a mild winter so far, nothing too crazy. February is often the end of our winter season and we start to count down the weeks until blossom. However, Mother Nature just decided to send us some cold weather, keeping everything dormant and giving us more time to get indoor tasks done.
We are working on updating our food safety programs and compliance, filing taxes, applying for seasonal workers, reviewing job applications and hiring folks, and making general plans for our 2019 season.
